Re : Anyone with arthritis? OT

<t>I am currently in the process of being diagnosed. I noticed after I had Cate that I had wierd stuff happening. I kept dislocating my left elbow and it was excruciating. Then I started having pain and swelling in my right elbow as well. It spread to my hands, knees, and left foot over several mont...

Re : what causes the headache?

It could be just one eye. With Kirsten, I went blind in one of my eyes for an hour. By the time I deliver, my vision is shot in both eyes.

11 years later

<t>Hard to believe it has been 11 years! I'm watching the Duggars where she has Josie and knowing all of that stuff. Not the baby in the NICU even though they did show me the NICU in case we needed it. Just the terror of what was happening and the blood pressure and labs getting worse. It just makes...

Re : Unsure about doctor's response... updated 3/23

<t>I was going to add in for kick counts, Cate NEVER EVER moved. It really freaked me out. She failed every single NST except one where I went to L&D because I fell in snow. My ob and peri said to count the movement that was normal for her. So usually she would move about 4 times a day period. I...

Autoimmune link for me!

<t>I was talking to my aunt tonight (my dad's sister). I mentioned to her I missed my rheumatology appt on Monday due to the stomach flu. She said wait, a rheumatologist? What's wrong. So I explained everything that has been going on and a possible RA diagnosis. My aunt, my other two aunts (my dad's...

Re : Caryn----HELP!

I agree with Jilija. At 150/100 (actually less than that with all three girls 140/95), I was told to stay on left side and only get up to pee. Please call your ob. I would call the hospital and ask that he be paged.

Re : Caryn----HELP!

<t>I would talk to a DOCTOR not a nurse. When I was induced with Cate, the L&D nurse told me she had personally reviewed my records and my labs and according to HER I was not preeclamptic. She was trying to trump my peri with 29 years of experience and my ob with 10. I ripped her a new one. I ha...

Re : what were your ast & alt????

My LDH was really high when I had Kirsten. She was born in a Belgian Hospital. So I didn't really have drs explaining anything except you are very very sick and your liver enzymes are very high.
