Re : Placenta Question

Re : uncertain about doc's decision
Ditto on calling your MFM and being seen. I personally would not want to deliver at a hospital that had no NICU.

38 week appt!
<t>BP was up again but not bad (136/85). I asked the nurse to recheck it as the doc had said last week we'd do the c-sec this week if it was high. She used a different cuff (a larger one so I KNEW it would come down) and got 126/80. Doc was good with it coming down even though we all know on this we...

Re : Oh no!! Hospial Bedrest!!! ....... update!!
I'm glad you are back home and that your labs and BP have gotten better!! Keep resting, though.
I have an Omron BP monitor that was about $80 at the pharmacy. It's worked very well for me. That's great that you have your DH there to take care of you!!
Keep us posted!!!

Re : platelets
My doc got worried when mine went below 150. Guess he was more conservative. Mine got down to 105 but never under that 100 mark.

Re : Work Blood Pressures
<t>Mine is always higher at work. I decided to not take my pressures at work anymore because the one time I did, it was high. I called the nurse and had to go into the OB. And once there, it was fine. I instead now take mine in the morning at home, in my car on my lunch break from work, and then at ...
