I had severe pre-e at delivery/post-partum with #1, with onset of PIH around 35w. I was allowed to go a week past due with #2 because I was completely asymptomatic and ended up pre-e free.

I too would tell around 12w...I wonder if I'd be able to keep it under wraps that long with my 4th or more.

My 40w pre-e baby (just shy of 8lbs at birth) was only 26 lbs at 2! Clothing label weights simply are a suggestion. It's just like adult clothes--a 6 is not a 6 everywhere, and everyone who is the same weight doesn't wear the same size. It just depends on build and body shape.
