starting cereal
hi everyone! i was just wondering at what age did everyone start giving their preemies cereal? my son is 5 months old and i've been considering trying some rice cereal but at the same time dont want to give him something he may not be able to tolerate yet. any tips/thoughts would be helpful!

i think a lot will depend on how her 24 hr urine comes back. if her protein count is 300+ then its pe, and from what i read on here there is usually about 2 weeks from diagnosis to delivery. im sure more people will come with advice. good luck!

i feel your pain...i was getting two nst's a day when i was in the hospital racking up at 94 dollars each. our hospital bill came to 35,000 for me and my son(born at 35 weeks, one week in the nicu) thankfully insurance pays all but 2000!! i hope things go well 4 u! good luck!

i thought protein levels didnt go down prior to labor. my understanding was that they could stabilize, but not decrease. anyone know about this?
