Re : Rise in BP only in am?
During my second pregnancy my blood pressure was always higher in the AM. Of course I was on BP medication so the doctors just gave me an extra dose of BP meds in the AM. I'm not sure how normal it is overall, but it seemed to be normal for me.

Re : Baby passed away one week ago
<t>I'm so sorry for your loss. It's been 2 years since I lost my first child and I am still angry. So angry my concerns were dismissed, so angry I allowed my concerns to be brushed away. I really believe losing a child is the worst thing that can happen to a parent. You will find a lot of support on...

Re : Just upset....
<t>It's been two years since I lost my daughter, Kylie. I feel guilt every single day, for so many reasons. I just got Kylie's medical records from the NICU in January. I found out tons of information I was never told by the doctors. She had sepsis, they suspected a perforated bowel, and so on. They...

Re : Planning the Funeral
<t>Our daughter was buried four days after she died. The only people we allowed to see her at the funeral home were the ones who saw her in the hospital when she was alive. I knew a lot of people would come just to see what a one pound, deceased baby looked like, so we only wanted the people who wer...

Re : Subsequent high-risk pregnancy and insurance
I carry our insurance through my employer and have never had any problems. I was monitored very closely my second pregnancy. I wanted to be a SAHM and I was told I couldn't get my own maternity coverage because I'd had a c-section. So, that's why I'm still working.

Re : Curious....
<t>My first born was a birth control pill baby. After we lost her we only used condoms & spermicide. My second born was a condom baby, less than 6 months after having Kylie. I was told I couldn't get pregnant because I didn't ovulate and had PCOS. Less than a year later I find out I'm pregnant w...

Re : Severe Early Onset PE Ladies
<t>July of 2008 I delivered my firstborn at 25+2 via classical emergency (crash) c-section due to severe PE/HELLP. I never had a chance to get the steroids to help mature her lungs. She died 10 days after birth. My BP has never went back to normal. I got pregnant with my secondborn less than 6 month...

Re : First Appointment and questions
<t>I know everything is different with each person and each pregnancy, but here is what happened with my second pregnancy. I was started on baby aspirin, etc. at 10 weeks when I switched MFM's. I was seen bi-weekly until 21 weeks, then was seen weekly. I had ultrasounds every 4 weeks. I had blood wo...
