Re: Hellp worse second time
I had HELLP first time around and severe. Most of the 2 weeks following the emergency delivering are sketchy to me, and I was on 24 watch for 5 days but I was put on the same things and had 3 blood transfusions during my stay in the hospital. Preeclampsia was what I developed during the second-with ...

Re: chances of pre-e in 3rd pregnancy
Excellent question. We have two children, HELLP with the first and Preeclyapmsia with the second, coupled with TTP. The doctors that I have seen have not made me feel warm and fuzzy about a third, but it is something that my husband and I want to consider. I believe that the chances are higher the m...

Re: contractions an hour appart with high bp at 25 weeks!!!
My oldest was delivered via emergency c-section at 24 weeks - they had her due date wrong and therefore resuscitated her. They thought she was 26 weeks. She is a very strong little girl today and has fought many odds. Good luck to you and remember that they may be little but the are resilient!

what to do before ttc
I was wondering what advice there s concerning things recommended to get my body ready (so to speak) before ttc. I am scared, obviously, but feel ready. I have no underlying disorders, no reasons why I developed HELLP and preclampsia, or TTP. I know that there is talk about taking prenatal vitamins ...

what to do if trying again?
Any advice out there on the steps to take if TTC again. Do people recommended LDA, or baby aspirin? Also, has there been any discussing on working out during pregnancy?

Re: Aspirin Help, please?

nervous after miscarriage
Hello there, I had a miscarriage last June, and was torn when it happened. I have 2 children, 1 6yrs old and the other 4yrs old. When I found out I was pregnant, I had no support and had to hide it from many. The doctor himself called me at home to confirm the miscarriage after the blood test. He de...

Hello, I have posted previously, but it was a while back. . I had HELLP with my first daughter 24 weeks, just under a pound. She suffered a grade 2 and 4 brain hemorrhage, but the fighter that she is she has beaten all odds. She has mild CP, hempalygia, but it doesn't affect daily activities. I had ...
