Re : Will it happen again?

I am also in the same situation. I had my first daughter at 24 weeks just over a pound, second daughter at 32 weeks 32 pounds. We are thinking of trying again, but have the same fears. We go for an appointment in 2 weeks to find out the specifics, and test for underlying disorders. Good luck:)

Re : to deliver at 34 weeks?????

<t>I was hospitalized with our 2nd at 31 weeks and delivered at 32 weeks. To be honest, the doctors were surprised that we weren't nervous. I had done a lot of research, being that our 1st was a 24 weeker, and felt confident that at 32 weeks she would do fine. She was placed in an incubator for a fe...

Re : trying again

<t>i know that no one person can give the "good feeling" that I want. I am optimistic about the specialist, though nervous about his opinion, educated or not:) The crazy thing is that no matter what he says, he can't dictate the future, good or bad, that's the thing that sucks! I just really hate th...

Re : I may be psyching myself out...

<t>I totally feel your pain and frustration. We are thinking of thinking of trying...we already have 2 children and feel blessed that our situations turned out okay in the end. We felt the intensity of pain during the experiences and yet time seems to numb it a little. Thinking back, I am reduced to...

Re : Just want a baby

<t>I totally understand your frustration and want right now. We had our 1st daughter at 24 1/2 weeks (HELLP); it was a rough patch. She is thriving now. We got pregnant with our 2nd WHILE on the pill, both had mixed feelings about it. We had her at 32 weeks preclampsia. We had decided right after no...

trying again

<t>Hello, I posted in another forum, but noticed that there are many within this forum that have similar experiences to me. I had HELLP with my first daughter 24 weeks, just under a pound. She suffered a grade 2 and 4 brain hemorrhage, but the fighter that she is she has beaten all odds. She has mil...

Re : not sure if we should try again

<t>I have had blood work done, showing no underlying disorders, but am not certain of other tests necessary. I am not on blood thinners anymore, or are you asking if I was to be on them if pregnancy was to happen? I realize that it sounds scary, and most reading this probably think I am selfish for ...

not sure if we should try again

<t>Hello, I am looking for advice and not certain if this is the route to go. I had HELLP with my first daughter 24 weeks, just under a pound. She suffered a grade 2 and 4 brain hemmoraghe, but the fighter that she is she has beaten all odds. She has mild CP, hempalygia, but it doesn't affect daily ...
