I know that both of my girls were born with their heads smaller then their bodies (didn't look off in any way)- and from a giving birth stand point I was thrilled. I would trust your doctor on this one.

Second trimester dips are for all pregnant gals (except for those like me that did not get one and that was a big sign to watch out). That is a really low reading - I would maybe just chalk it up to the machine that you used.
