Re: PE in second pregnancy only!?
I am so sorry for your loss. I believe there's nothing worse than losing a child. My first pregnancy in 2007 with my oldest son Davis was perfect. I expected the same with my second pregnancy with my middle son Cooper. I should have known something was wrong when the second trimester came along and ...

The Small Things that hurt
Its amazing how small little reminders that Cooper is not here hurt a lot. This morning at a doctor's appointment I had to hand over my insurance card that reads: 1. Matthew A. 2.Kristina 3. Matthew D. 5. Blaine Where's my number 4? Then I was reading a magazine that had a picture a mother had sent ...

Re: My Friend had a Baby yesterday......
I just now saw this post or I would have posted sooner. I know exactly how you feel. My best friend and I had our first children two and a half months apart so when we found out we were pregnant with our second children and due six weeks apart it seemed perfect. Unfortunately Cooper did not make it....

I am so sorry for your loss. I truly believe that there is nothing worse than losing a child. I wish I could say the pain goes away but it does not. You will learn how to cope with the pain and move on the best you can. My story is simliar to yours. Cooper is my second born son. At 22 weeks, my BP w...

Re: What to do about.......advice
Tight sports bras is what worked for me. Lots of tynenol. Maybe some wine :) There is no right or wrong timeframe as to when to put things away. We put away the crib & bedding pretty quickly because when I got home from the hospital I was determined that we would not try again. The few onesies we ha...

How is....
This year not any easier than last year? May 17th is the day I woke up with bleeding and was hospitalized. May 20th is the day Cooper was born and May 21st is the day he died and May 26th is the day we buried him. This time last year was tough because it was the first anniversary. I thought this yea...

Re: rainbow babies
After a PE free first pregnancy with my oldest Davis, I developed PE and was forced to deliver my second son Cooper at 24 weeks. He was with us for 22 hours. Blaine was born in October a day shy of 36 weeks. The PE had come back. Although mild we did not take our chances since the PE moved so quickl...

Re: New poster with loss from Arkansas
I am so sorry for your loss of precious Parker. My Cooper was born way too early due to Preeclampsia and passed away after 22 hours. I hate that you had to find us but hope that you find some comfort in knowing that there are others out there that have experienced the same and understand what you ar...

Re: New blog
I love both of your blogs and have to say you both have done such a good job with them!
I too have found solace in blogging; although with my crazy busy life I have not posted near as much as I need to.
