Molly, thank you for getting back to me regarding the hours spent, etc. Folks, this was a wonderful event! Molly estimates that it took 10 hours total from securing the location, to gathering donated materials, to the actual gift wrapping. This is great...

Thank you Molly and Heather for inspiring all of us!

Hi Danielle -
I would give it a try. I thought that Molly and I did very well, the only thing that I would suggest is maybe setting up a table in a shopping mall. We did not think of that before but after we had our fundraiser I was talking to a lady I know who is part of the ladies auxilary hear in York and they did the gift wrapping fundraiser to raise money for children effected by Katrina so they can get toys and she said they made a killing because you get people from a whole bunch of differnt stores coming at you. Where we only had the k-mart shoppers that we wrapped for. We still did very well but Molly and I both agreed we may do it somewhere else next year. Plus we had a lot of fun.

Hi Robin-

They are from the Foundation. If you are interested in brochures, contact Jaime. I know that you will be getting them for the walk a thon.

I just wanted to add that Molly did a wonderful job putting this fund raiser together. I think that $362.10 profit was way worth all of our time and effort. We were able to get a lot of pamphlets out and talk about PE to differnt people which was great!!!! I also want to thank you because having this fund raiser to look forward to during the holidays really helped me and my family deal with the loss of my son Conner to PE back in August.
We were also able to get two women interested in doing the Walk in May which is great[:D]. Thanks again Molly for all your hard work!!!

After counting the brochures left, we passed out 110, not 70. Even better!
