Take a Stand - Great way to get your kids involved

Hi everyone!

Sunkist is giving out 10,000 free lemonade stand kits for kids to use this summer to raise money for their favorite charities! Kids ages 7-12 can order a kit, make a pledge, and then donate the proceeds to any nonprofit - like the PF!

I have a feeling they're going to run out of kits quickly, but they will have them for purchase after the free supply is gone.

Just a friendly reminder that for liability protection signs should read "Sale to benefit the Preeclampsia Foundation" rather than "Preeclampsia Foundation Lemonade sale". It may seem trivial to point this out for something as simple (and cute) as this project, but it is necessary (just in case) and keeps our fundraising procedures uniform.

Policies, Guidelines, and Procedures for ALL fundraising events are being written by Alli Creek and will be shared as soon as they are complete (in a month or two following her work with the FL fishing series benefiting the PF)

In the meantime, best wishes to the kiddies selling lemonade to make a difference...!

This is a fun thing to do with kids. My oldest did a lemonade stand last year and so I searched for the post to get the excitement up for this idea. Even if you create your own lemonade stand (poster board and markers), it's a great way to spread awareness in your local community and raise funds. [:)][:p][8)]
