My mom and I went to the local tour last weekend and it was awsome. Something to think about.

This is a great idea. Our area has something very similar, but the charities always seem to be "housing" related. Money going to homeless shelters, or programs that help with housing. I work with a "luxury builder", and I wish I could convince him to take PF to their board to consider as the charity.

This builder is already a larger supporter of MEND (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death). He offers a discount to buyers that contribute to certain charities. I think he wife might have had preeclampsia and lost two sons to it. Not totally for sure, but I have been emailing abck and forth with him.
