I know that the study selects the participants at random but if you have trouble gathering volunteers (I'm sure that is very unlikely) I would be more than happy to participate.

I just signed up as a member of this forum only several days ago and I hope that I'm not too late to possibly be chosen for this study. I suffered from severe atypical preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome at 34 wks with my first child two years ago this month. She will be two on Feb 23rd and my immediate family would be more than willing to participate.

Jennifer,

Please register on the main site also for the NIH study, local chapter, and in the future for the newsletter and other studies. That Registry is for women that had preeclampsia, meanwhile anyone that wants to post can register in the Forum.

Here's the link:

Thanks,

In preparation for upcoming Preeclampsia Foundation research projects, including the NIH pilot project, we are in the process of updating our registry information.

Some of you must have received an email requesting you to update the contact information. Many thanks to those of you that answered this email.

Those of you that did not receive an email are either not registered, did not supply an email address or could not be contacted (email failure or spam filters).
If you did not receive and/or answer the Foundation's email, please register at the address:

http://www.preeclampsia.org/adopt.cfm

If you do not want to submit your information on an Internet form, feel free to print the form, fill it out and send it by mail to the Foundations Main Office or simply call and give your details.

Sure, if you did not already do it, just register on the main site and provide your contact information.
