Trouble accessing PF

I don't mind being the guinea pig I just have to do it from home so I will print your info out and then do it at home. Okay I am confused how do I email you from a dos window??? I am not as computer savvy as I once thought I was. Plus I don't have your email address since I am not on line at the time to directly email you from here.

Ok - sorry if I was confusing. You don't have to email me from a DOS window - I'll update my post to make it more clear. You have to do the commnad (tracert) from a command window, then you can email the output file using your normal email program.

YES, I am using Verizon DSL. But what's really weird is that if I log on to my company VPN (using the Verizon DSL to get there, of course), I CAN access the pre-eclampsia foundation's site. But that's the only way I can get to it. This is from the exact same computer (or laptop -- I've tried all 3 computers at home) with the exact same Microsoft explorer and its configurations. I don't get it!

If you are willing to help debug, please see above message with instructions for running the tracert - please do it without logging into company VPN. I expect that once I get one or two of these log files we may be a lot closer to solving this problem, but there is nothing I can do without the information as I have never experienced this problem....

I hsd verizon dsl and when i had verizon dsl i couldn't access it either. my aunt has verizon dsl and she can't access it either!!!

I still can't access the site from home, and my ISP can't help (gee, that's a surprise).

I will print your debug instructions, try it tonight and email you the result.

I have Verizon DSL and it works fine for me at home, but my mom has it (literally down the street) and I can often not connect from her house. It seems to be that her browser has a lower tolerance for quitting if the site does not load fast enough. I don't know if there's a way to change that in the preferences or something - just thought I'd throw that idea out there!

Sometimes it's as easy as updating your "favorites". I know I always access the site using the shortcut I have saved in my favorites. Also, if you access the site ALOT, you may need to clear your cache (tools/internet options/delete files & delete cookies). This will clear all of your cookies though, so you may not want to do that.
