problems getting into chat

I have Firefox but I can't get in.

My problem is that I can only see and go in certain rooms and can't get into others? Any info on that? e.g. I can go in Misc but not Grief and Loss.

I have plain old internet explorer and can't get in with that.

Has anyone ever been able to figure out why some of us can't get into chat? Just curious.

Jana,

I know there are still others that can't get into chat. It may have to do with your security settings on your computer. I would suggest holding down the control key while clicking on the "chat" link. Chat opens a seperate window, and if your pop up blocker is blocking it...you won't be able to get in. If that doesn't work,try this link:

You'll have to copy and paste it into the address bar. That has worked for some. Try it and let us know!
