How do I add an avatar?

First create a .jpg file from your picture. You can use a digital camera or ask a film development center to save it in electronic format.

The picture should be square. If it is not square, I will have to crop it so it will fit in our standard avatar area.

You can then email the picture to avatars@preeclampsia.org and I will install it on the website for you. Please don't forget to include your forum nickname in the email.
