Does it have to be a certain size? Or will Ileana fix it?

It should be no smaller than 1 square inch, so it will be visible (the jpg file should be about 5KB or larger).

I will adjust it as needed. I am currentlty in SEattle at the PF Annual Meeting, and will only get home on Sunday, so it might take a few days to install it.
