Abbreviation help!

PE, HELLP,IURG. Ok, I am slowly figuring these out, but is there a place on the PE web site that tells us what these abbreviations mean? I sometimes sit and try to figure them out.....As I have really only had PE I am know what that one means[:0] Wish that I didn't, But I think we all do. Sorry if this makes no sense, but it would really help a simpleton like me to understand some of the signatures that the ladies here have [:)]
