Moderators are discussion leaders and watch to make sure things flow smoothly and that everyone is familiar with forum policy.
Administrators help and recruit the moderators and can add, delete, archive, and move topics and forums. They have access to member information and can help reset lost passwords, and help register if you're having problems, and help decide forum policy. (Me for now, but Anne and Ileana both have access to admin functions, too, and can pinch hit when needed [;)])
Webmasters help update and maintain the pages on the main site, and technical aspect of the forum. (Me)
The IT Coordinator oversees the main site, forum, and registry. (Ileana)
