One of the tricky things about Pre-e is that in isolation many of the symptoms can be normal pregnancy symptoms. As non-doc me- your pressures and that the swelling is in your feet (rather than face) is reassuring. However if you have a history of pre-eclampsia or are concerned the best person to double check your symptoms is with your doctor.

Have your pressures been so far? It can be helpful to discuss with your doc the symptoms that he/she would want you to check in about.

Hello, don't let any puffiness go unhandled - for me it started as well with right foot being puffier than left one, and so if you see any swalling that seems abnormal to you, go get checked and monitor your blood pressure as often as you can. What's your current status, which week are you in?
