MTHFR positive

I had a miscarriage on October 22, at 16 weeks. I just got my blood work back this Monday and have tested positive for MTHFR with mutations C677T and A1298C. I'm wondering about others out there who have had similar diagnoses and went on to have healthy babies. I will be seeing a perinatalogist on January 2, 2004. I am scared and confused.
