Nausea without vomiting

Postby cinammo » Sat Dec 20, 2003 12:22 am

Just so I hear from all of you that this is normal I will be fine and I'm sure it is, but Modesty , who is 32 weeks is having really bad nausea. Nothing else, but she doesn't feel much like eating. Please tell me this is okay. [:)]

Thanks

Nausea at 32 weeks pregnancy is not necessarily normal and she should call her doctor today. It could just be the flu but I would ask them to do a blood test to confirm that because the alternative is much worse.

Take care and let us know how she is doing!

Not to scare people, but a good friend of mine who is an ob/gyn was taught in med school that nausea and vomiting in the 3rd trimester is preeclampsia, until proven otherwise. I thought it was interesting...
