I'm caucasian of European descent and my husband is Hispanic. There are no histories of pe or high blood pressure on either side, that we know of, but now I get to worry that my daughter will get it.

I'm caucasian and my husband is Filipino. Both sides have some HBP history, but more because of weight issues too. Neither mother had pe or other complications - nor do I think our grandmothers did.

Dh and I are both caucasian, of European descent. His mom is 100% Finnish and I'm German and Danish. No other PE in either family, as far as we know. My dad has BP issues, but he's adopted so who knows what could be on his side.
