Re : aldomet during pregnancy
Thanks for the responses everyone. I am not pregnant yet but my husband and I will start TTC soon. I was on Adalat but it was making me sick so my doctor switched me to aldomet. Julie, thanks for the links.

Re : aldomet during pregnancy
Hi
I am taking Aldomet 750 mg twice per day as well as Labetalol and Procardia. The combination is working for me so far. I started out just taking the Aldomet and ended up having the others added around 19 weeks. Good Luck!!!

Re : aldomet during pregnancy
I am on the exact same dosage of Aldomet which is the lowest dose there is of Aldomet. It has worked pretty well for me. It is a good safe BP med for pregnancy. It didn't take long for the Aldomet to take effect for me. I think just a couple of days. I don't compare dosages of different medications because they are all different.

aldomet during pregnancy
Has anyone taken this? Did it work well for you? How come the dosage for aldomet seems so high compared to other blood pressure pills? Is it because it takes longer for it to take effect. i am taking 250 MG 3 times a day.
