Oh Jamie, I'm so sorry that I'm so late to the game.

There are no good words. There truly are no good decisions at this point - every bit of the decisions you find yourself making sucks. There are no right answers, only what is best for you.

There are some things you can do in terms of saying good bye to your beloved babe, and I think the social worker has likely provided you that information. If I can help you at all, you can send me an email through these boards.

Abiding with you.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I made the decision to deliver/induce at 24 weeks(he had severe IUGR- and weighed just under a pound) I was gravely ill, and was on mag for about 5 days, they gave him a zero chance of survival. I also had absent flow, and decided that I would have the staff not resuscitate him after he was born. I'm not sure I would do it differently now. I knew next to nothing about the disease then.
I will say I have also seen a couple of very dire situations on these boards (like Sabrina mentioned) miracles do happen, and the doctors aren't always right.
This is a very personal decision. I'm glad I had photos taken with me and him. I was so glad I held him, but I wish I would've held him longer. I also wish I would've had him on my chest for skin to skin contact.

I saw you posted this yesterday, I am thinking of you.
