The evidence is equivocal and only some women have the underlying issues that make them candidates for the therapy. It's definitely an "ask your doc about your individual care" issue. Here's what our Experts have said:

Baby ASA and Lovenox

I havn't been on in in a little white but after surfing some messages it seems as though there is a positive impact of Aspirin therapy and lovenox. Is that true? Does it really seem to prevent PE esp. HELLP? If so, that is encouraging!
