I'm hoping you have your baby safe in your arms or in the NICU right now!
Just thought I'd put in my thoughts on the medicine. Definitely ask your doctor because you are concerned, but if they gave you antibiotics I think it's fine. Remember I'm not a doc, but I was just thinking that lots of women get antibiotics while they are in labor to protect their babies from group b strep. They usually test you for it in week 37 I think, and in my hospital they gave the antibiotics just in case if they didn't know if you had group b or not.
Hoping to hear a good and safe outcome for you and baby, please come back and ask questions. Everything in the hospital can be so confusing and sometimes it helps to get information afterwards to understand what happened.

He was born on July 23rd at 9:58 pm he's in the NICU had a bit troubles breathing after 3 hours of being out of my womb but he's doing so much better right now. And my liver has gotten better since he has been born. Hes so strong like his mama.

Congratulations! I'm so happy to hear that mom and baby are doing well!
Miscarriage at 8 weeks- 5/09
Abby born 37 weeks 4 days on 3/25/10 due to PIH and IUGR- 5 lbs 0.5 oz
Chemical Pregnancy lost at 5.5 weeks- 3/11
Pregnant again due Sept. 3 (now chronic hypertensive and on Labetalol)
