Your blood pressures are borderline enough I would go ahead and call, but honestly, my current pregnancy has me unconvinced of the value of 24 hour urine tests in the absence of other symptoms.
At one of my OB appointments six weeks ago, I was spilling +1 that morning on a dip test, and by the afternoon at my MFM appointment not even a trace. They ordered a 24 hour urine anyway (though I had no other symptoms), it came back over 700 with highish uric acid levels. Since then there have been once or twice when I spilled trace at my OB but clear at the MFM. I am definitely swollen. But my blood pressure has remained good and I have no other signs or symptoms. Baby's fluid levels are good and they are monitoring me carefully. I could have requested another 24 hour urine "for the fun of it" but they don't deliver usually for protein levels alone and I find it hard to believe that if I was spilling protein in the thousands+ it wouldn't come up as at least +1 on a dip test. And even if I was spilling protein in the thousands, they wouldn't deliver for it with normal bp's and no other signs of pre-eclampsia (no headaches, vision issues, URQ pain, etc. etc.) There was a time I was a little annoyed with my MFM for not wanting to order follow up 24 hours since I wasn't spilling anything in the office diptest, but now that we've made it 6 weeks more and there is still nothing going on except swelling- normal bp's, no headaches, baby looking good and active, - I'm really glad I didn't waste my time peeing in a jug for 24 hours. (They have done labs once more just to make sure and tested my uric acid as part of that and it came back normal the second time so I may not even be spilling protein anymore.)
Anyway, spilling protein obviously isn't good, but in the absence of other symptoms, I wouldn't stress over it too much. (Now if you are having borderline blood pressures that are high for you, then I think it's worth asking to redo. But I wouldn't necessarily ask for them every X weeks just for the heck of it.)
