Does this BP make sense?

I just started taking Labetalol. Started with 200 mg a day then it was increased to 400 mg a day.

I had labs and a 24 hour urine all come back good about a week or so ago.

Anyway, I was feeling crappy so I took my BP and got 126/103. A few minutes later I took it in my right arm and got 156/80.

I waited a while and took it again and got 140/74.

Were those other pressures just flukes?

Those don't seem like labile pressures as much as they just seem wonky. Sometimes if my batteries were getting low I'd get weird readings like that so that would be my first suggestion. Also, you may know this already but sit with both feet flat on the floor and sit for about 5 minutes before taking your BP to get the most accurate readings.

How's it doing now? Do you take it 2 or 3 times a day?

Good idea. They are rechargeable batteries so I'll take them out and charge.

I take 200 mg twice a day.
