24 hr urine question

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and my pressures just started to go borderline
(I had PE last pregnancy at 26 weeks that caused me to deliver at 31 weeks)
so my ob scheduled me to do a 24 hr urine Tuesday to Wednesday morning.
I was going for an u/s Wed that is why I did it that way.
Anyways at 4:30 Wed morning I woke up with soaked pj bottoms
Not sure if it was pee or fluid but there was no color to the wetness.
I went to the bathroom and started bleeding. I ended calling an
Ambulance to take me to the hospital. I finished the 24hr urine there.
The bleeding slowed over night and they are releasing me. My
Pressures have been normal for the 24 hours of being on hospital
Bedrest but I don't know if that is just because I am lying down
(last time I didn't have continuous high pressures until my protein level was 3000).
Anyways they claim my urine came back with only 150 protein (I dipped
2+ at my ob's on Monday) so the said I don't have PE.

My question is how accurate is the urine results since the last 2
pee samples (and they were both large volumes) were contaminated
with blood. Also what about my wet pj bottoms. If I did pee in my
sleep wouldn't that also throw off the results. I am just wondering
if this number should be higher or lower?

I certainly dont think that would be an accurate 24 hour measurement. If you water hasnt broken, then most likely it was pee, right? I would ask to do a repeat test soon. And since they are so much fun
to do, why not ;)
