Hypertention Vs. Pre-E HIgh BP coming in episodes

I posted a week or two ago about a random high(ish) bp at a routine visit at 15-16 weeks. I am scheduled to see a MFM at 20 weeks (June 17th) and see a heart specialist Friday. Since I had that high read at the doctors (123/94) I haven't had another near it, hardly making it to the /80's but I am still having the headaches and yesertday and todya have felt off. My cuff was in my husbands truck so I drove and got it this am and was 136/93 @ 9:24. I took it every few min after that and by 9:38 I was back to a 111/65. I did a 24 hour urine collect this last Monday and was hardly 150 for protein so even though its early my OB is leaning towards pregnancy induced hypertension. With both my previous pregnancies could have been since i was induced for very high bp and never had time to check urine. Does anyone have any thoughts? It seems im having "episodes" of high bp and i don't know whats causing them. We have had a lot of stress going on since Friday but I would think it would have been high then not 3 days later, and i would think would have lasted more then a few minutes.

I had "labile" pressures during my second pregnancy. My pressures would jump up and down, but overall trended higher as time went on. My MFM said I was either headed for pre-e again, chronic hypertension later in life, or both.

Fortunately even with months of variable readings my pressures didn't get severely high until pre-e struck again at 37 weeks.

(chronic HTN & GD, superimposed pre-e @34 weeks, induction @37 weeks)
