I'm 9 days pp and on only 100mg labetalol in a morning. I'm pretty sure my bp goes up later in the day, I only use my home monitor before my dose is due so that I don't cause myself anxiety and its been 140s/ later 90s. My bp at booking was 130/80 so not massively off. How long did it take to be back to normal?

Both times I was off medication around 3 weeks postpartum. Many women, however, are much longer on BP medication (3-6 months). And some never return to normal pressures.
It is important to be in touch with your GP or internist, so your meds can be adjusted if needed. Watch out for postpartum PE for up to 6 weeks postpartum.
