Hey ladies, I was wondering what does chest tenderness feel like. I had pain on top of my left breast for a minute or 2it felt as if my breast was filling up with milk. I hope that is not a sign of hellp. I am finding this pregnancy really hard every twinge I feel like is a sign.

Some women do experience some breast tenderness due to pregnancy. But if pain becomes severe or is constant I'd mention it to my doctor.

Here is a thread where women shared their symptoms of epigastric pain associated with preeclampsia/HELLP syndrome:

Hope this helps, please keep us posted.
