So sorry T. You would think they should be more careful. I hope you get it sorted out sooner rather than later.

T-I am so sorry that the marker was damaged. It amazes me that people who mow the lawns don't understand that these places are sacred to us and in most cases all that we have. I am glad that they are replacing this for you, they should, I am sorry it is going to take so long.

I really LOVE where Katlyne is at. I do have many freedoms with how I want things, and Ben's brother (preemie) is buried two rows away so moving Kat to me doesn't work.

The manager was just as upset as I was and told me just to come to him (he's family friends with Ben's family ) and he will take care of things. He did say since being taken over by a huge name company they have changed ventors in the maintance area and they didn't do what they were suppose to do when mowing the lawn. So yes Idots were employed!...

Oh well, On to start thinking of Halloween decorations for Kat.....

T~

I am so sorry for all of this! I cannot believe it. I hope it is resolved before the 5 weeks. They owe it to you.

Hugs,
Suz

I agree w/ Melissa - this is unbelievable. I know this may be sensitive to ask, but T have you considered moving her. I have no idea what this entails, but for goodness sake this is turning into a nightmare. It is amazing that the cemetary folks don't seem to really care about what goes on. Maybe they do and they just hire workers who are idiots. I'm so sorry.

That it just unbelievable. What is it with these guys? It isn't like headstones are cheap either. At least I had to pay a really pretty penny for Kelsi's. That really is aggrevating. I am so sorry you are having to deal with this.
