Awhile ago Anne had mentioned a memorial quilt being made in honor of all our lost little ones. I asked my mom to make a square for Erik, which she did and sent in. I inquired as to how the quilt was coming along and Anne told me that was the only square they have! I think it's a great idea, and would encourage everyone to submit a square to this neat memorial piece. I've attached Anne original post with all the info. I know in the original post there was someone who was willing to make the squares as well.
I think we should start a quilt. You can either make your own square (or have someone do it for you) or ask us to do it. We would ask that you contribute $25 per square to personalize it. If any of you are quilters and would like to donate your time to help with the personalizing of the squares, that would be great. Please contact us either way. I think the squares should be 12"x12" but let me know if you all think that is too small.
