That is horrible news, how incredibly sad and scary. My prayers are with that family too. It really tells you the seriousness and tragedy of this disease.

Wow, it makes me so angry actually. I really hope that more and more health care professionals get clued up on the dangers of PE.

What a terrible tragedy that maybe could have been prevented. I felt myself have some of the same feelings as Anika. Those of us who have had PIH,PE,or HELLP already know not to take health in pregnancy for granted but this story truly hits home very hard. My prayers are also with this family.

I completely echo this. The loss of their lives is just so sad. Will definately keep them in my thoughts.
