My son who will be 7 next month was delivered at 31 weeks. I was crying my eyes out watching this show.
No one deserves having this happen to them, and watching it just brought everything back!

I feel exactly the same Brianne, don't feel guilty about that. I often avoid all posts with <26 weekers who survived, even on these forums, I am glad it worked out better for them but I can't bear to hear about their much happier endings xx

I just couldn't do it. Brianne, I don't think you're crazy- I experienced the same emotions and decided it wasn't worth putting myself through the extra grief.

Not crazy at all. I think it's normal to feel that resentment. I just wanted my ONE son. ONE. Well and more babies after that, but geesh, I will be so thankful just to get ONE to take home on day in the future.

I wanted to watch it, but didn't. I might still. I feel so guilty about it, but I'll admit I feel resentful when I see a 25 week or younger baby survive when my 25 weeker didn't. I'm glad the babies make it, but so resentful that Kylie didn't. It's like a personal blow to me. Crazy I know.

I sat on the couch and sobbed! Glad that they shared their story though and I hope that it brings more awareness about PE.

They did not mention this website, nor did they source the facts that they displayed on the show. But like Rosemary said, lots more people now know that preeclampsia exists, and it can heppen even in a woman with so many healthy pregnancies.
