Oh baby Laken, I wish you were here with your Mama celebrating your first birthday!
Belle, some of your memories of Laken's last day of life mirror my memories of my baby's last day- taking the tubes out and seeing her face for the first time, really getting to hold her for the first time. I'm crying for both of us right now.
I'm so glad you have a new baby coming, but you'll always ache for Laken. She was a beautiful baby.

Belle - I thought of you and your baby girl Laken during this difficult time. I follow your blog and cried along when I watched the video of you lightening Laken's 1st candle. (Hugs)

Henry (1/1/2010-1/7/2010) - forever loved and missed; severe PE with Hellp; partial placental abruption, classical c-section at 25.6 weeks
Matilda (Nov. 2012, born at 35.4 weeks) - severe PE
