Heather ~ I am so sorry for your loss and so wishing this pregnancy goes perfectly. I lost my daughter at 25 days old due to preemie complications being born at 30 weeks (3lbs., 3ozs.) from my severe PE. There are several of us here with similar stories. I pray that there is no NICU in your baby's future, just you arms to hold him/her.
I am just TTC again next month and have similiar scares like you.
All the best, keep us posted on your pregnancy!!!
Jill

Welcome Heatherbbb.. Repost
Heather posted this reply.....
I got preeclampsia at 26 6/7 weeks with my first pregnancy and delivered that same day I was diagnosed. I am now 13 weeks pregnant with my second. Other than morning sickness in between weeks 7 and 12 and a persistent sinus infection, I am in good health. My blood pressure is fine. My OB did start my on Heparin injections last week to thin my blood as blood tests showed I have a high risk for clots. I'm seeing an Oncologist (blood specialist) in one week who will determine whether I should continue Heparin injections throughout the pregnancy. I'm just praying this pregnancy turns out better. My son Seth was born a day shy of 27 weeks, weighing 1 lb 7 oz. After a few months on the ventilator, he devoloped Chronic Lung Disease from which he never recovered. He passed away at 5 1/2 months old, weighing 8 lbs. We miss him so much and fear losing another baby or having another baby in the NICU for months on end.
