Oh Jenn....I'm so sad right along with you. I'm so sorry, as I am for all of us, that we have to feel the pain we endure. Just know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I pray that you find a way to find peace and comfort. What an honor that your precious Maggie was born on the National Day of Remembrance. You have many, many prayers heading your way today.

Best of luck to you in your "adventure" ttc. Your little Maggie will send a beautiful little one your way. I just know it!

Jenn, I'm coming in on this a little late but I just wanted to send you some hugs and comfort on Maggie's birthday. When I lit my candle for Michelle tonight, I thought of all the other precious babies who have been lost. How I wish we had them to hold instead of just our memories.

I wanted to thank everyone for your support. It hasn't been the easiest of days, but I've gotten through it. Of course, getting through it involved bursting into tears at lunch when I found out Subway temporarily couldn't take debit cards (I didn't have any cash), petulantly buying Ben & Jerry's for lunch because nothing else sounded good, and then sobbing in the break room while I ate my chocolate fudge brownie. But later hubby and I went to dinner with my parents, and they gave me tulip bulbs to plant in her honor, and then we came home, lit a candle for Maggie, and watched her ultrasound video. And my heart didn't break like I thought it would--I smiled at the reminder that I had carried such a lively little girl inside me.

I think I just might make it, ladies.

Reading that your parents gave you the tulip bulbs to plant in her honour brought tears to my eyes -- how wonderfully thoughtful.
