Sending prayers your way. Sometimes it can come out of no where and overwhelm us... no rhyme or reason.

Much love to you,

Anika ~ I am so sorry, I have those days too. I am so dreading the holidays coming and then January, the one year anniversary. Many times I just find myself crying for my loss and I feel so alone in my pain (I choose not to share it). I am so happy for this group too. Take care, thinking of you.

Anika, I am so sorry that you are having a rough time right now. Certain days will always be harder than others like anniversaries and birthdays but then some days just out of the blue are bad ones. During my first year without my son my mother was the biggest help to me. On the first Mothers Day without my son she bought me flowers from him, Christmas she always gets me a little something from my boy, and she gave me a letter from him that says basically although we are apart he misses me as much as I miss him and loves me as much as I love him, everytime I cry he curls just a little closer to me, even though death seperates our bodies our hearts and the love we share will keep us together until the end of time. Sometimes just thinking that helps me through a rough day. I am praying that you find something, anything that helps you get through all those rough days. My thoughts and prayers are with you through the holidays ahead and the begining of 2005 as you go through an enormous range of emotions. God bless!!!

9 months

Postby amillhouse » Wed Nov 17, 2004 12:44 am

I woke up yesterday with that wave of anguish that I thought had started to fade. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from; then I realised that it is nine months since Isaiah died.

I still can't believe it. I miss him so much. I feel so alone in this journey.[V] I thank God for you ladies.
