subsequent pregnancy seems better

Hi!
I have noticed that most of the pregnancies that women have gone through and that I have read about in these forums seem to indicate that for the most part each pregnancy seems to be better.

That is, some women have had 2 or more children, they had PE with the first one and the second one seems to have a good outcome or baby seems to have a longer gestation period.

I wonder if each subsequent pregnancy in a woman turns out better for the most part . . . .

Would anyone know?
