Did you see an elevation in blood pressure (not necessarily hypertensive) around 16-20 weeks when it should have been at its lowest?
Yes, in both my pregnancy's. In my first pregnancy, my BP just started rising from the start and just continued to so. In my second pregnancy it rose for a bit until about 24 weeks and then it leveled out and went down just a bit. I never had a true significant dip.

Did you have BP spikes with seemingly random timing (before being diagnosed as hypertensive, if you were)?
Yes, not so much in my first pregnancy, but I had this a ton in my second pregnancy, especially after 30 weeks. I had a very liable BP that would be fine, climb very high (like 160/105-110) then it would drop(130/75-80) drastically causing dizzy spells.

Yes, I had PE/PIH in both pregnancies, but in my second pregnancy we ended it before things could start to get really bad as I was already 36 weeks.

Erin

And, did you go on to develop PIH/pre-e, etc?

For those who are or have been pregnant again after a pre-e affected pregnancy:

Did you see an elevation in blood pressure (not necessarily hypertensive) around 16-20 weeks when it should have been at its lowest?

Did you have BP spikes with seemingly random timing (before being diagnosed as hypertensive, if you were)?

And, did you go on to develop PIH/pre-e, etc?

Obviously I'm curious because the first two are true for me...just wondering likelyhoods or if this could still turn out to be normal.

Thanks so much everyone! *still paranoid* [;)]
