Baby passed her testing today. My BP is high 160-170/100 when I'm up and 150-140/90 at rest but labs are ok and 24 hour urine was 282. So home for a few more days with careful monitoring and another 24 hour urine. I am SO ready to be done. Good news is that the baby is estimated at 5 lbs 8 oz at 34 1/2 weeks so that is wonderful. 3 more weeks to go.

(And maybe if your dh can learn to make yeast bread and marmalade you should ask your OB to stick you in the hospital!)

Wow! 4 weeks of bedrest! You are doing amazing! Only a few more weeks to go!

I think that you might be right. DH has been a SAHD this year because we relocated and we thought it better to have one of us available for kids/school etc. He spent the time renovating our new (only to us) house. Now he makes yeast bread and marmalade etc. from scratch and the girls prefer him to wash and brush their hair. I fear that I'm only wanted for my paycheck.... :(

Hi Catherine---how are you? Yes DH in the house with 3, alone is a scary thought....:) Actually he does a tremendous job with the kids and many times I think it is easier without me in the middle.

I know that it probably feels like an eon, even through the time has flown by for me ;) Are you worried about DH managing the household alone with the three kids if you have to go into hospital?

Just wanted to say hello and let everyone know how things are going. I am just finishing my 4th week of bedrest and I will be 34 weeks tomorrow...yipee! BP's are creeping up even more at rest so I am doing anther 24 hr urine and will get the results Monday. MFM is discussing admitting me for the rest of the pregnancy depending on how things look next week. Hoping I can make it a few more weeks. Repeat c-section is scheduled at 37 weeks. Feeling fine except sore and sluggish from sitting around so much.
