Los Angeles support groups? 2010?

I suffered from severe preclampsia and HELLP syndrome. This year has been the hardest year of my life. I have also been diagnosed with PTSD and feeling like nobody can understand what I am going through. I would like to meet other in the Los Angeles area that have experienced this scary nightmare as well and are trying to get over the devastation. Is there anybody else out there?
