My MFM said the dose was so low I could keep taking it also. I am 37 wk +2 now and nobody has mentioned stopping so I just keep taking it.

My doc told me if i wanted to stop it i could but since the dose was so low there was nothing to worry about. i chose to stop it around 38wks and gave birth at 40wks with no complications. i was so nervous to stop it as well and kept thinking the minute i stop i will get PE! but i don't think that is how it works 
a lot of taking lda is a mental thing, for me itleast it was. it made me feel like i was doing something...like i had SOME control. good luck!

I stopped it at 36 weeks, and was induced 3 days later and had an epidural with no problems.

I also stopped at 34 weeks with a section scheduled for 37 weeks. I've seen it varying from about 34 weeks to not stopping at all. Did your OB know the MFM recommended stopping at 36?

They had me stop at 34 weeks since I was scheduled to deliver at 36. They just prefer not to have it in your system prior to delivery but i don't think it's a big deal either way. my ob always deferred to my mfm.

stopping lda at 36 weeks?
mfm feels very strongly that i need to stop my lda at 36 weeks. is this what most mfm advise? my ob said he didn't see the need to stop it since it's low dose so. since i've already made it 4 weeks longer than i did with my first child, i feel it's doing some kind of good and am nervous to stop it.
