Lorelai Victoria has arrived!

Postby steffthomas » Mon Oct 10, 2011 02:44 pm

Hi ladies. Thanks for all your support over the last 9ish months! Hard to believe that our little girl has finally arrived.
Lorelai Victoria was born, healthy!, at 7:06 AM on Saturday, October 8th. She weighed 5 lb 5.25 oz and was 18.25 inches. Despite her small size, she was full term at 37 weeks, 2 days. I had a lot of protein in my urine (around 900) and the doc didn't want to push it. Although I did have some labile pressures toward the end of my pregnancy, I was not actually diagnosed as having pre eclampsia! HOORAY! We did it.
Anyhow, thank you all for your kind words and encouragement through this second pregnancy! (and if I could figure out how to post pics--I would!)
