Have anxiety with #2....how to relax?
Hi ladies,
With our first I developed PP pre. We are not pregnant with our second. I am monitored high risk and on LDA with this second pregnancy. My BP knock on wood have remained stable the highest being 122/70. I am just having some anxiety as I want things to continue smoothly.
Can anyone give encouraging words to help ease fears and anxiety?
For those of you currently pregnant after Pre-e, how do you ease those anxieties and worries? Today seems to be a day that I am having them more. I felt like so far I have been doing really well with it and trying to take one day at a time.
Suggestions please!
