So, after trying for quite a while and three failed rounds of Clomid, we gave up "trying" and I just found out yesterday I am pregnant! After the first month of "not trying" ! I'm excited and happy but also a bit nervous and it shook my world a little because I had already gotten used to idea that it wasn't going to happen! I have my first Dr's appointment on Wednesday. Everyone wish me luck!
P.S: How early can the symptoms show? Is it possible to get preclampsia in the 1st trimester?

Wohoo! Congratulations! This is great news. Very happy to hear 
PE is not diagnosed before 20 weeks (we've had some posters who have been diagnosed at 19 weeks I think - somebody correct me if I got this wrong). If your BP is elevated before 20 weeks, you'd be considered a chronic, even if outside of pregnancy you have normal BP.

Congratulations!
We are due date buddies as I just got a positive test (our first month of really trying which is crazy considering it took us 1.5 years to conceive our daughter and 9 months-6 with fertility treatments- to get our son.)
