My first came at 36 weeks, but I was diagnosed around week 32. My second, we delivered by section at 37 weeks (mildly elevated pressures postpartum). We had our third in January of 2011, and it was my best pregnancy to date. No swelling, *perfect* bps, low-normal weight gain, and a biggish babe (and I was 7 years older). Yeah, it's all anecdotal, but when you're considering TTC, you want to hear it all (at least I did!).
